Dear Applicant:

When you click the link below, you will be asked to provide your full name, email address (NO HOTMAIL OR YAHOO E-MAIL ADDRESSES), and phone number where you can be reached (including area code).

In addition, you will be asked to create a password. Also, you will need to submit an active paypal account (so that you can receive your monthly payments).

For security purposes, you will also need to submit a security question and an answer -- make a note of this, as if you are asked the security question you must answer it EXACTLY as listed.

After submitting your personal details, you will take a short, informal quiz on basic knowledge of English grammar and spelling. Your answers will be recorded, and you must PASS the quiz in order for your writer's account to be activated. It is not necessary to answer all questions correctly in order to pass.

If you FAIL the quiz, you will not be told how many questions were incorrect, nor will you be informed which questions were answered incorrectly. All you will receive will be a pass/fail notice.

Also, if you FAIL the quiz, you will not be permitted to take the exam again, nor will you be allowed to create another account. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, so please be careful to answer all quiz questions CAREFULLY.
